What It Is
The Problem
Small hospitality properties managing bookings across WhatsApp, email, and Instagram had no unified system to track inquiries. Leads fell through the cracks, follow ups were missed, and there was no visibility into conversion rates or which channels were performing.
How I Solved It
Built a Django CRM with HTMX that pulls inquiries from WhatsApp via Twilio, email via Gmail polling, and Instagram via Meta webhooks into a single six stage Kanban pipeline. Message parsing automatically extracts guest name, dates, guest count, and contact details. Auto reply templates send immediate responses per channel. Guest pre arrival tracking handles ID verification workflows. An analytics dashboard shows win and loss rates, revenue, channel breakdown, and monthly trends.
The Impact
Unified all booking inquiries into one place eliminating missed leads across channels. Auto replies ensure every inquiry gets an immediate response. The analytics dashboard gives property managers clear visibility into conversion performance and channel effectiveness.
